Our Letters to the President

Below are many letters to the next president of the United States written by 8th grade students in Casper, Wyoming. Students were asked to write a letter about a pressing issue that faces their world today and in the next four years. Writing about controversial subjects from abortion and stem cell research to environmental concerns to dangers facing kids today, these students have taken several class periods to dive into an issue and find out what needs to be done to make our world a better place.
